I think that's an all new glaze on the outside. I like it alot. I especially like the way it works against the deep blue interior.

Fred #35 also has the deep blue interior, but it's even more stunning when offset by the "benihana" white exterior. I'm going to have to make another one like this to keep for my own fat self.
