I looked further into 2 Bow Street in Portsmouth, and I believe "the Steak Out" has been replaced with a place called "Fat Belly's" and sadly, their website shows photos of the upstairs, and there are no tikis or tiki decor. The only reference to "the Steak Out" and the upstairs tiki area was from 2003. :(

But back to Party City...
