Excuse my newbieness, but how does this thing work? Is the card we're supposed to print out going to include room numbers and times? Do we convene somewhere prior to the crawl to get all that info? I'm a little confused, and I'm not staying at the hotel so if someone could clue me in I'd really appreciate it. Mahalo.
