I visited Rascal House in North Miami Beach last Sunday to find that the original neon on the facade of the building and the wonderful classic sign from the parking lot had all been damaged and trashed after hurricane Wilma. I almost drove right past but the shape of the building caught my eye. Of course, the food was still yummy! |
