They ruled that strip clubs were "public places", so the dancers could not be nude and had to wear thongs and pastys on nipples. So the smart strip club owners said fine, this is a public place huh? An u r saying it's now legal to wear a thong and pastys in public? So they held car washes in broad daylight on the busy street they are located at with women in thongs, pasties and nuthin' else !! Ha ha! Oh, so a place that only allows of age adults who pay to get in is a public place now ?
