S sirginn Member Sunset Cliffs , CA Joined: Oct 20, 2003 Posts: 296	S sirginn Posted posted on Wed, Nov 16, 2005 5:34 PM AA- Here are the phots of the first Tongan carver you posted, his name is Hia Lavaka. the big tiki is one he carved with his family over a period of months, the intricate detail was amazing, and I loved how he worked with the natural shape of the wood and incorparated branches etc.. into the final peice. the last image is a mask we picked up from him.
