You answered before I could! But I'd like to add that, although fewer mold parts makes it easier and the molds cast longer, you can have an infinite number of undercuts. Just depends on how much work you want to put into it. I have one mold I made which has 6 plugs inside the main mold parts. Of course, it's showing some pretty serious wear these days....
