Please do not call the tropics with questions about booking for May 9
-11 or with any questions about the event

I will field all questions about the event and here is the latest on
booking rooms

all rooms have been placed on hold for those dates
Booking will be available online ONLY after Feb 1, 2003

I need to work out the rates with the tropics (rates will be higher
than last year due to the "in season" factor)
