Swank, he's looking pretty good. Just keep chipping away and he will begin to evolve to the tiki you are seeking. Correct about leaving him out in the elements awhile to get the greyish look. It may take a few months of sun and rain.
Swank, if your carving has done Nothing Else, it has brought BK out of hiding at least to say hello and that is a GREAT Think
