Never eat spicy or acidy foods before bed if you've been drinking a lot! Your stomach stops digesting when you drink a lot so the food will just sit there in an alcohol stew and fester causing you to "drive the porcelain bus". I suggest tomato-based foods only for the morning after when you're stomach is totally empty. It helps jump start your stomach into digesting normally again and replenishes vitamins. |
