I got an email a couple of days ago from BiggerBooks.com about my order. They have not received the book at this time, but they intend to fill my order. One can only presume there was considerable, cough, interest in the book, ack thpthh ack, once Dr Thompson joined the idiot club. Did someone mention seeing me next Tuesday?
