Perhaps it's just a language barrier.

Yikes! I don't even want to explore that.

You're implying that saying someone who may speak English as a second language and therfore communication may be impeded is a racist statement??? What the?????
So just talking about cultural or language differences warrants a call to the PC police? Can you please point out how such a statement is racist?

Hehe, I'm about as PC as that comedian who used to wear the black leather jacket and sport the 50s hair and sideburns. Forget his name. Well no, I'm a little more PC than him. Anyway I think that you being bothered that I'm calling you racist is a little weird since I never said it. But yeah, I was giving you a jab.

But since you ask, I think that was a somewhat bizarre statement. I'm feeling that your inference is that because the staff do not speak English as a primary language they cannot provide service that is adequate to your needs. They are "flustered and confused." Are you the only English speaking person to go to the E-ville TV? I don't understand where you're coming from to be honest with you. But really, I don't care. Jesus, I ate at a Japanese restaurant called Tempura just a block or two off of California and the hostess spoke mediocre English and the sushi chef spoke very little. We had no problems. Our service was not compromised! It was excellent.

I don't want to get into a pissing contest with you or anyone else. If you think you have more discriminating taste than me and that's why you don't like Trader Vic's then fine. Sleep well tonight. My argument was that Mr Bauer lied about being unable to get a reservation and that he lied about quality of service hinging on being a well known San Franciscan. So I then question his ability to fairly review the food and drinks. If you're looking for a fight look somewhere else. You don't like Trader Vic's? I don't care. I liked it quite a bit and enjoyed my time there. Anyway peace, sorry if I'm a bit confrontational, Mr Bauer got in my craw.

Going to bed...night.
