You have to understand that you are not privy to all the complaints that Hanford has to field and respond and react to. Bong has created a lot of work for Hanford. A lot of ruffled feathers to smooth out. Hanford has put up with this, and has asked Bong to be a bit more considerate. Bong has said he would. Bong has broken his word to Hanford over and over and over again. Damn straight I don't like this. I think this is bullcrap. But it's a mistake to think this is bullcrap of Hanford's making.
