That IS funny.

Back in the 90s when everybody had 'Zines, there was one called "Dish Man". It was written by a fellow who had a Masters in English Lit, but was sort of trying to make a go if it via this publication.

He would get jobs in nice restaurants, and they would promote him from dish washer to assistant mgr, to which he would throw a tantrum and walk out, because there was of course no higher calling than being a DISH MAN.

Several pieces he wrote were on the sound quality of breaking glasses, and another was on the ability of certain garbage dispozals to ruin silverware.

One piece he chronicled a series of break-ins he did where he would do all the dishes, and leave. (after taking pictures) then spy on people as they came home.

It was also very funny.
