Just came back from Hawaii and tried some of their beers. One of the ones i did try was HONU BEER. Honu is basically a watered down beer similar to corona, but i do like these types of beers on a real hot day. I did enjoy drinking it, nice beer label, and for a good cause! I would rate this a 6 out of 10 for its class. For more info. goto:

Has anyone else had it?

Also another beer i tried was a brewery on the Big Island called Mehana in Hilo. They product 5 different beers, Tsunami Lager, Roy's Private Reserve, Mauna Kea Pale Ale, Mehana Beer, & Volcano Red Ale. Was able to try the Volcano Red, which i found was very good. Volcano Red has a nice maltiness to it. Would rate 7 out of 10. Wasnt able to try rest, let me know if anyone of you have. For more info. goto:
