Since this is about encounters with famous people, I will add that Secret Service guys are famous in their own way, yet anonymous. They were identifiable only due to their uniforms as instructors and cadets.

When I spotted Chelsea Clinton at Studio 54 a few years back, it was immediately obvious that one member of her party was Secret Service -- he had the little earpiece thing and was dressed really conservatively (unusual for the event.)
