Yep. They sure leave you dangling with that one.

Oh no, but thank you for the info, DC... I am really curious now how the decor of that place looked!

The correct answer to that question is: "Originals in Tropical Drinks- Superb in Taste Sensation- Is the Key!"

Yeah, that Pucci's has the look of that kind of faux European story book architecture. There use to be a lot of that.

As for the Tiki-Ti matchbooks.. how many different ones have they had? I'm kinda curious.

These diminutive works of art are sometimes the only historical reference I can find on what a tiki location looked like.

Sabu,

Nicely put together, I like the architectural theme. What is the name of the restaurant in Austin? It looks a lot like the Bali Hai.

"Tiki Ti (pronounced Tee) is the Key!"
Just like "The Bird is the Word!"

Gotta love that last one...

A few weeks ago I found a sun damaged San Diego Vacation Village Hotel matchbook with the Did it or Did it not exist? Don The Beachcomber on the inside.

For .25¢ I couldn’t leave it behind.
