How great is this? I have a Continental Airlines Visa that has me enrolled in "OnePass Dining by iDine". I never really paid much attention to it, since I'm more focused on getting miles towards a Hawaiian vacation. Anyway, you get 10 miles for every dollar spent in certain restaurants. So I get this Dining Miles Earned summary in the mail today, and sure enough: I earned 227 miles for having a couple of drinks at The Royal Hawaiian in Laguna Beach! Cripes, I would have drank a lot more if I'd known! So just an FYI for Hoity Toities and all visitors to the southland: Get yourself one of these deals, and drink your way to the islands! |

heheh, JV. But seriously, take a big group, have everyone pay you cash, and charge that baby. $200 bar tab is 2000 miles- not too shabby. |
