I'm enjoying the Plantation 5 Star, especially in this original Daiquiri variation.

The Golden Atoll

2 oz gold Barbados rum
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz ginger syrup
1/4 oz cinnamon syrup
1 dash orange bitters

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a mint leaf.
